Podpora nelékařských zdravotnických pracovníků na chirurgickém oddělení

Abstract

1. ABSTRAKT Magisterská práce se zaměřuje na negativní vlivy z pracovního prostředí, které způsobují míru syndromu vyhoření u zdravotních sester v nemocnici Tábor. Teoretická část magisterské práce obsahuje objasnění jevu vyhoření, jeho příčiny, příznaky, fáze, diagnostiku, prevenci. Dále následuje kapitola profese zdravotní sestry, která osvětluje roli sestry v moderním ošetřovatelství a konkretizuje vnější a vnitřní vlivy působící nekomfort sester. Další oddíl popisuje vliv životního stylu na zdraví sestry. Empirická část magisterské práce prezentuje výsledky dotazníkového šetření na zmíněném pracovišti. Výzkumné šetření bylo provedeno za pomoci nástrojů, standardizovaného dotazníku pro zkoumání oblastí pracovního života AWLS, standardizovaného dotazníku pro určení míry vyhoření MBI-GS a dotazníku vlastní konstrukce. Cílem magisterské práce pak bylo zjistit míru vyhoření sester, označit faktory z pracovního prostředí, které mohou burnout způsobit a dále navrhnout opatření na úrovni organizace, zmírňující negativní vlivy působící na sestry. V rámci šetření bylo zjištěno, že největší zátěž z oblastí pracovního života působí psychické a fyzické vyčerpání., které působí míru vyhoření. Master's thesis is aimed at negative effect of work conditions effecting extension of burn-out syndrome in nurses in the hospital in Tábor. Its theoretical part contains explanation of the burn-out phenomenon, its causes, symptoms, stages, diagnosis and prevention. Then a chapter on the profession of a nurse follows explaining the role of a nurse in modern nursing and specifying both internal as well as external impacts causing discomfort of nurses. Another part describes effects of lifestyle on nurse's health. The empirical part of the thesis presents results of a questionnaire survey at the above mentioned workplace. The research was carried out by means of standardised questionnaire examining areas of work life AWLS, standardised questionnaire classifying the extension of burn-out syndrome MBI-GS and a questionnaire set up by me. The goal of the thesis was to find out extension of burn-out among nurses, to appoint factors at the workplace causing burn-out and eventually to propose measures that could moderate negative effects on nurses and that would be taken by management of the institution.
