Abstract

Tato práce si klade za cíl zmapovat otázku negativních zážitků žen v souvislosti s porodem v kontextu se současnou problematikou našeho porodnictví. Účelem této práce je objasnit charakter pocitů a duševních pochodů rodiček a jejich vnímání dějů spojených s porodem. Dalším záměrem práce je zjistit, jaký je případný vliv těchto procesů na budoucí rozhodování žen o dalším těhotenství a místu porodu. Teoretická část práce se věnuje historii porodnictví, ale jejím základním cílem je objasnění všech důležitých termínů a postupů, majících návaznost na teoretickou část práce. Náplň některých kapitol v teoretické části práce je identická s diskutovanou problematikou našeho porodnictví, kde probíhá živá debata o nutnosti změn, které by vedly k jeho humanizaci a demedikalizaci. Výzkumná studie uvedená v praktické části této práce je rozdělena na dvě části. První fáze šetření užívá kvantitativní metodologii výzkumu. Zkoumanou populací je 204 žen, u kterých je formou dotazníku zjišťován charakter a četnost negativních zážitků ve vztahu k porodu a jejich spokojenost s péčí v porodnici. This work aims to chart an issue of woman's negative experiences in connection with a delivery in context with current problems of our obstetrics. The object of this work is to explain a character of feelings and mentations of women in childbeds and their sensations of actions connected with a delivery. Another intention of this work is to find out what is a possible influence of these actions on future woman's determinations of future gravidity and a place of delivery. Theoretical part of this work attends to history of obstetrics, but its basic aim is to explain all important terms and processes which have sequences on theoretical part of the work. Contents of some chapters in the theoretical part of the work are identical with discussed current problems of our obstetrics where there is a brisk discussion about a necessity of changes which would lead to its humanization and demedicalization. An exploratory study in the practical part of the work is divided in two parts. The first inquiry stage uses quantitative research methodology.
