Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta po cévní mozkové příhodě

Abstract

Název práce: Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta po cévní mozkové příhodě Cíl práce: Zhodnotit efekt fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta. Metoda: V obecné části je popsáno onemocnění, prevalence v České republice, etiopatogeneze, klinicky obraz, prognóza a současné terapeutické přístupy v akut- ním, subchronickém a chronickém stadiu. Popsali jsme doporučení k primární prevenci vzniku cévní mozkové příhody. U pacientů po cévních mozkových pří- hodách s trvalými následky je velké riziko pádů, uvádíme některé v vybrané me- tody (testy), které hodnotí rovnovážné schopnosti pacienta (Berg Balance Scale, BESTest). Ve speciální části je uvedena kazuistika pacienta, průběh terapie a zhodnocení efektu terapie. Výsledky: Fyzioterapeutická péče o pacienta byla přínosná, dosáhli jsme zlepšení hrubé i jemné motoriky, chůze, zvýšila se samostatnost pacienta v běžných denních činnostech. Závěr: U pacientů v chronickém stadiu je důležité udržet co nejlepší zdravotní stav, samostatnost a soběstačnost. K tomu se dají využít vhodně funkční testy, které umožní ohodnotit stav pacienta a efektivně zaměřit terapii. Title: Case Study of Physiotherapy Treatment of a Patient After Stroke Objective: To evaluate the effects of physiotherapy care on the patient. Methods: The first general part provides the description of the desease itself, its pre- valence in the Czech Republic, etiopathogenesis, clinical features, prognosis and current therapeutic approaches in acute, sub-chronic and chronic stages. Re- commendations for primary prevention of cerebrovascular accident are described. Post-stroke patients with permanent disabilities run high risk of falling. Some selected methods (tests) are presented to evaluate the patient's balance ability (e.g. Berg Balance Scale, BESTest). The special part of this work presents a case study of a post-stroke patient, the course of the therapy and an evaluation of its effects. Results: The physiotherapy care has led to improvements of gross and fine motor skills and increased the patient's independence in everyday living. Conclusion: It is important to maintain optimal health, independence and self- sufficiency of patients in the chronic stage. Specially developed functional tests can be used to evaluate the patient's condition and to choose an effective therapy.
