Přínos spolupráce mateřských center

Abstract

Synopsis The thesis is focused on what functions are carried out by mother centers as civil society organizations in contemporary society in Pardubice region. Furthermore, the aim of this thesis is to find out how the mother centers as civil society organizations meet functions in contemporary society in Pardubice Region according to the representatives of these centers. In the theoretical part of this thesis, several theories about the typology of functions in civic sector organizations, are presented and compared. In the research section there are presented findings from qualitative research carried out through interviews with ten representatives of mother centres in Pardubice Region. The results and the goals of the thesis are summarized in the conclusion of this thesis. Key words civil society, mother center, participation, innovation, cooperation, community, family

Diplomová práce pojednává o tom, jaké funkce naplňují mateřská centra jako organizace občanské společnosti v současné společnosti pardubického kraje. Cílem práce je zjistit, jakým způsobem mateřská centra, jako subjekty občanské společnosti naplňují funkce dle představitelů mateřských center v současné společnosti pardubického kraje V teoretické části práce této diplomové práce je představeno a porovnáno několik teorií zabývajících se typologií funkcí organizací občanského sektoru. Ve výzkumné části jsou prezentována zjištění z kvalitativního výzkumného šetření, které bylo provedeno formou polostrukturovaných rozhovorů s deseti představitelkami mateřských center pardubického kraje. V závěru práce jsou shrnuty výsledky výzkumu, dosažené cíle a jsou zhodnoceny výsledky práce. Klíčová slova občanská společnost, mateřské centrum, participace, inovace, kooperace, komunita, rodina,
