Matky a otcové v komunikaci se školou

Abstract

Práce se zabývá zapojením otců a matek do komunikace se školou. První část práce je věnovaná teoretickým poznatkům z oblasti vztahů rodiny a školy. V úvodu se snažíme přiblížit pojmy komunikace, interakce a socializace. Věnujeme se také legislativnímu vymezení vztahu. Představujeme modely, které se snaží vztahy mezi rodinou a školou kategorizovat. Poslední část je věnovaná poznatkům z oblasti genderu. Druhou významnou část práce tvoří empirický výzkum. Jedná se o čtyři případové studie, data do těchto studií byla získána prostřednictvím rozhovorů, uskutečněných s vyučujícími, žáky a jejich rodiči. Na základě analýzy těchto dat, jsme zjistili, kdo obvykle komunikuje za rodinu a jaké faktory se na výběru osoby zastupující rodinu podílejí. V závěru jsme provedli porovnání jednotlivých zjištění. Tato zjištění jsme následně konfrontovali se současnými poznatky o vztahu mezi rodinou a školou.

The bachelor thesis deals with the involvement of fathers and mothers in communication with the school. The first part is devoted to the theoretical knowledge of the relationship between family and school. In the introduction, we try to bring the concepts of communication and interaction, socialization. We also discusse the legislative definition of the relationship. We introduce a model, which seeks a relationships between families and schools. The last part is devoted to the knowledge in the field of gender. The second major part consists of empirical research. There are four case studies involved, the data in these studies was were obtained from interviews with teachers, pupils and their parents. Based on the analysis of these data, we find out who usually communicates with school and what factors are involved in the selection of the person representing the family involved. In the end, we made a comparison of the findings. These findings are then confronted with the current knowledge about the relationship between family and school.
