Darstellung des Arztes in der modernen deutschsprachigen Literatur. Analysen ausgewählter Werke von Gottfried Benn, Arthur Schnitzler und Ernst Weiß

Abstract

Tato práce se bude zabývat srovnáním vybraných německých próz 1. poloviny 20. století, jejichž autory i protagonisty jsou lékaři. Zkoumáno bude znázornění role lékařů ve vztahu ke společnosti i k psychologickému profilu samotných protagonistů. Dílčí i srovnávací analýzy, jež mj. zohlední také paralely mezi hlavními hrdiny a autory textů, případně obecné souvztažnosti mezi moderní literaturou a lékařstvím, se zaměří na prózu Gehirne Gottfrieda Benna, Traumnovelle Arthura Schnitzlera a Ich, der Augenzeuge Ernsta Weisse.

This Work deals with comparing chosen German novels of the first half of the twentieth century, the main protagonist of which are medical doctors. The work focuses on the role of doctors in relation to society, as well as to the psychological profile of the protagonists themselves. Partial and comparing analyses, which besides other things take into consideration the analogies among the main protagonists and the authors of the books, or alternatively the common correlations between modern literature and medical sciences, focus on the following novels: Gottfried Benn's Gehirne , Arthur Schnitzler's Traumnovelle and Ernst Weiss' Ich, der Augenzeuge.
