Der Weg der Nationaldemokratischen Partei in den sächsischen Landtag in den Jahren 1995 - 2004 und seine Resonanz in ausgewählten tschechischen Medien

Abstract

The bachelor thesis "The way of the National Democratic Party of Germany into the Parliament of Saxony in 1995-2004 and its reception in the selected Czech media" deals with the phenomena of the right-wings extremism in Saxony, one of the five new states of the Federal Republic of Germany. The goal of the submitted bachelor thesis is to describe and analyze the causes of the increase in support for the NPD. The first part is concentrated on describing the consequences of the socio-economic impact from reunifying on the population. In the second part, the NDP's new internal orientation since the mid-1990s is focused. Also the profile of the followers, respectively the specifics of the supporters of the NDP in Saxony will be considered and described. Part of the work is also dedicated to the reception in the Czech media (Mladá fronta Dnes and Ústecký deník). Finally, the reception in these regional and national daily journals will be compared.

Bakalářská práce "Cesta NPD do zemského sněmu v Sasku v letech 1995 - 2004 a její ohlas ve vybraných českých médiích" pojednává o fenoménu pravicového extremismu ve Spolkové republice Německo. Cílem práce je zjistit příčiny, které se skrývají za změnou atmosféry mezi obyvateli "ve prospěch" pravicových extremistů v nových spolkových zemích. V první kapitole se práce snaží zmapovat hlavní důvody změny atmosféry ve prospěch pravicových extremistů v NSZ, resp. jaké faktory ovlivnily úspěch NPD v saských zemských volbách 19. září 2004. Zohledňuje jak aspekt sociálněekonomického vývoje po sjednocení a jeho důsledky pro obyvatele NSZ, tak i organizační, strategické a ideologické změny v konceptu německé pravice v polovině 90. let. Druhá kapitola se zabývá charakteristikou přívrženců pravicových extremistických hnutí. Důraz je kladen na specifika voličů NPD v Sasku. Poslední kapitola se věnuje ohlasu saských zářijových voleb ve vybraných českých periodikách (Mladá fronta Dnes a Ústecký deník). Na závěr jsou jednotlivé ohlasy v tomto státním a regionálním deníku srovnány.
