Zaměstnávání dospělých osob s poruchami autistického spektra

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá dospělými lidmi s poruchou autistického spektra, především s Aspergerovým syndromem a vysoce funkčním autismem, v souvislosti s jejich zaměstnáváním v České republice. Cílem je zjistit, jaké jsou možnosti pro tyto osoby v oblasti zaměstnávání a jaká podpora jim je poskytována. Práce se skládá z teoretické části a kazuistiky. Úvodní kapitola přibližuje obecně problematiku autismu a vymezuje jednotlivé poruchy autistického spektra. Druhá kapitola je již zaměřena na dospělé osoby a na problémy, se kterými se potýkají a které je často vyčleňují z běžné společnosti. Třetí kapitola zahrnuje možnosti pracovního uplatnění osob s PAS, službu podporovaného zaměstnávání, legislativní rámec zaměstnávání osob se zdravotním postižením a výhody, které zaměstnání osob s PAS přináší. Kazuistika v závěru práce se týká muže s autismem, který si díky službě podporovaného zaměstnávání našel práci, která mu vyhovuje. The bachelor thesis deals with adult people with Autism Spectrum Disorders, especially Asperger's Syndrome and High Functioning Autism, in connection with their employment in the Czech Republic. The goal of this thesis is to find out the labour opportunities and the support for these people. The thesis consists of a theoretical part and a case study. Introductory chapter describes Autism in general and defines all of Autism Spectrum Disorders. The second chapter is already focused on adults and the problems they face and which often set apart the current society. The third section includes the possibilities of employment for people with autism, supported employment services, the legislative framework of people with disabilities and last the benefits which employment of persons with autism provides. Case study in the end of the thesis concerns a man with autism who used supported employment services and found a job that suits him.
