Kauza klecových lůžek: Rozbor internetové diskuse z roku 2006 z perspektivy disability studies

Abstract

This thesis presents results of analysis of internet forum, which appeared under article from internet server aktualne.cz in 2006. The article is dealing with abusing of cage beds in context of on people with mental handicap and people with mental illness focused social care system. For qualitative research was used the method of coding inspired by methodological approach of "grounded theory". In theoretical part of this thesis I analyzed relevant theoretical concepts from area of disability studies and gender studies with special focus on critic of concept of liberal citizenship and social contract theory. The key theoretical concept of the thesis is dichotomy of private and public sphere. In next part of the thesis is I am describing context of causes of cage beds in Czech Republic and I am delineating the basic traits of debate here. In empirical part I am describing five key themes, axial codes. In framework of these themes I am defining the differences of people with mental handicap or people with mental illness. The themes are: space and isolation, efficiency, responsibility, stigmatization and care work. Tato práce prezentuje výsledky analýzy internetové diskuse pod článkem ze serveru aktuálně.cz z roku 2006. Článek se zabývá zneužíváním klecových lůžek v systému sociální péče o lidi s mentálním znevýhodněním a duševní nemocí v ČR. Kvalitativní výzkum byl veden metodou kódování vycházejícím z metodologického přístupu "zakotvené teorie". V teoretické části práce jsou rozebírány relevantní teoretické koncepty z oblasti disability studies a gender studies, zejména se zaměřením na kritiku konceptu liberálního občanství a teorie sociální smlouvy. Klíčovým konceptem celé práce je dichotomie soukromé a veřejné sféry. V další části práce je popsán kontext kauzy klecových lůžek v ČR a jsou vymezeny základní rysy této debaty. V empirické části je postupně popsáno pět klíčových témat, axiálních kódů, ve kterých je definována odlišnost lidí s mentálním znevýhodněním a duševní nemocí. Jedná se o témata prostoru a izolace, efektivity, odpovědnosti, stigmatizace a pečovatelské práce. V rámci každého tématu je popsán způsob definování těchto odlišností a je hledána jejich příčina a původ. V následující části je naznačen způsob argumentace účastníků diskusí ve vztahu k uvedeným tématům. V poslední kapitole je uvedena centrální kategorie "veřejné soukromí" a jsou k ní vztaženy všechny axiální kódy. Klíčová slova...
