Abstract

Název práce: Vrhačské disciplíny v atletických vícebojích Cíle práce: Cílem práce je posoudit úroveň zvládnutí techniky vrhačských disciplín desetiboje A.S Helceleta a A. Nejedlého na základě videoanalýzy, při odhodu/odvrhu z místa i komplexním provedení. Dále provést deskripci možnosti využití zařízení Pedar X pro hodnocení techniky a charakteristiky hodu diskem a vrhu koulí. V neposlední řadě diagnostikovat případné rozdíly mezi provedení komplexní techniky a pokusech z místa. Metody: K získání jednotlivých dat jsme v první fázi použili metody experimentu, pozorování a měření příslušných údajů. Po vytvoření několika kinogramů ze snímaných pokusů při vrhu koulí a hodu diskem, následoval rozbor a podrobná analýza segmentů těla v určitých fázích pohybu se současným sledováním různě probíhajících tlaků chodidla na podložku. V závěrečné fázi jsme zkonfrontovali výsledky u obou probandů, a využili tak metodu komparace. . Výsledky: Při hodnocení kinogramů byly shledány chyby ve struktuře pohybu a to zejména v neschopnosti včasného zaujetí dvouoporového postavení, nedokonalé opory levé nohy při odhodech a předčasná rotace trupu do směru odhodu. Rozdíly v průběhu tlaku při hodech z místa a při komplexním provedení byly markantní, a proto doporučujeme zvýšit počet pokusů celkového provedení na úkor hodů z...

Title: Throwing Events in Combined Events Aim: The aim of this thesis is to assess the level of A.S.Helcet's and A Nejedlý's technical skills in decathlon throwing events on the basis of videoanalysis of a spot throw and a complex throw. Next aim is to describe the possible use of Pedar X for discus throw and shot put technique assessment. Finally, the last aim is to find differences between performance of the complex throw and the spot throw attempts. Methods: For gathering the data we used experiment, observation, and measurument of the attempts. After creating kinograms from scanned attempts we analysed body segments in a particular movement phase and simultaneously monitored the feet pressure on the mat. Finally we compared the data of both probands. Results: While studying the kinograms we found deficiencies in the movement process such as the inability to establish the double-support position, imperfect left leg support while throwing and premature body rotation in the throwing direction. The differences in the feet pressure development were noticable between the spot throw and the complex throw, therefore we recommend to increase the number of complex throw attempts at the expense of the spot throws.
