České knihovny v prostředí sociální sítě Facebook

Abstract

The goal of this thesis is to find out how the Czech libraries present themselves on the social network - Facebook. It consists of five sections and conclusion. The first section describes a current status of the internet and the social networks, possibilities of communication and feedback in these environments and defines the "new generation" of the libraries' users. The second section describes Facebook's social network in greater detail. The third part describes integration of the Czech libraries into this environment. The fourth section consists of analysis and practical piece: the survey and its conclusions. The thesis concludes with an evaluation of gathered information on presentation of the Czech libraries on the Facebook social network and survey carried out on the group of the Czech Libraries Web Administrators on this network.

Tato práce si klade za cíl zjistit, jakým způsobem se české knihovny prezentují v sociální síti Facebook. Práce se skládá z 5 částí a závěru. První část popisuje současný stav sociálních sítí na internetu, možnosti komunikace, zpětné vazby v tomto prostředí a definuje novou generaci uživatelů knihoven. Ve druhé části je popsána sociální síť Facebook, třetí část obsahuje integraci českých knihoven do tohoto prostředí. Čtvrtá část obsahuje analýzu stránek vybraných českých knihoven a poslední část rozebírá praktickou část, jejíž součástí je dotazníkový průzkum se zpracovanými výsledky. V závěru jsou zhodnoceny zjištěné informace z prezentace českých knihoven v prostředí sociální sítě. Diplomová práce je zpracována na základě vlastní analýzy stránek knihoven na sociální síti Facebook a dotazníkového průzkumu směřovaného respondentům z řad správců stránek českých knihoven na této síti.
