Kasuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta po ischemické cévní mozkové příhodě

Abstract

Název: Kasuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta po ischemické cévní mozkové příhodě Cíle: Hlavním cílem této práce bylo vytvoření detailní kasuistiky pacienta po ischemické cévní mozkové příhodě a získání a zpracování teoretických podkladů týkajících se této problematiky. Metody: První část bakalářské práce je teoretická a je věnována problematice ischemické cévní mozkové příhody. Je zde popsána anatomie mozkových cév, poznatky o cévní mozkové příhodě, její klinické příznaky a možnosti léčby. Dále je zde popsána problematika spasticity, její vliv na terapii, léčba a jednotlivé techniky používané ve fyzioterapii. V poslední části se věnuji problematice Broccovy afázie. Druhá část práce je kasuistika pacienta s diagnózou stp. cévní mozkové příhody ischemické s pravostrannou symptomatologií. Tato speciální část vychází z dvoutýdenní práce s pacientem v Ústřední vojenské nemocnici - Vojenské fakultní nemocnici Praha od 9. 1. 2012 do 3. 2. 2012. V práci je zahrnuto vstupní vyšetření, krátkodobý a dlouhodobý plán terapie, popis průběhu terapeutických jednotek, výstupní vyšetření, porovnání vstupního a výstupního vyšetření a zhodnocení efektu terapie. Terapie byla zaměřena především na samostatnost pacienta při provádění ADL, snížení spasticity a zvětšení rozsahu pohybu v pravém ramenním kloubu....

Title: Case study of physiotherapy treatment of a patient after the ischemic stroke Objectives: The main aim of this study was to verify my ability to work with the patient, his examination, making conclusions, proposed treatment and its subsequent implementation. Other aim was mapping of the literature on the subject. Methods: The first part of my bachelor thesis is theoretical and it is aimed on stroke. There are described anatomy of cerebral artery, knowledge about stroke, its clinical symptoms and treatment options in this part. The description of spasticity with its influence on therapy and its treatment and the techniques used in physiotherapy are also there. The Brocca aphasia is described in the last section. The second part is the case report of a patient P. V. with diagnosis: ischemic stroke with dextral symptomatology. This special part is based on two weeks' work with the patient in the hospital (Ústřední vojenská nemocnice - Vojenská fakultní nemocnice Praha). This work lasted from 9th January 2012 to 3rd February 2012.
