Abstract

Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta L3/L4 Cíle: Cílem této bakalářská práce je vytvořit ucelený pohled na celkové řešení problému výhřezu meziobratlové ploténky, na průběh disektomie a následné rehabilitační léčby po disektomii L3/L4. Metody: Práce je rozdělena na dvě části, obecnou a speciální. V obecné části jsou formou rešerše zpracovány možnosti vyšetření a léčby výhřezu meziobratlové ploténky. Ve speciální části je zpracována kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta po disektomii. Výsledky: Problematika výhřezu byla teoreticky objasněna. Došlo ke zlepšení klinického stavu pacienta. Case Study of physioterapy treatment of a patient after L3/L4 disectomy Objectives: The aim of the bachelor thesis is to create a complex perspective on a problem of herniated disc, on the course of disectomy and to propose following physiotherapy treatment after disectomy L3/L4. Methods: The thesis is divided into two parts. The first part proposes the possibilities of the examination and the treatment of the herniated disc. The second part focuses on the individual case report about a patient after disectomy. Results: The problems of the herniated disc were theoretically clarified.
