Úroveň znalostí postupů KPR u všeobecných sester

Abstract

Cílem diplomové práce je zjistit úroveň teoretických znalostí postupů kardiopulmonální resuscitace u vybraného nelékařského personálu ve VFN v Praze. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a část praktickou. V první teoretické části se věnuji historii kardiopulmonální resuscitace, základní a rozšířené podpoře života u dospělých a dětí, v neposlední řadě výuce KPR. V druhé, praktické části, porovnávám teoretické znalosti KPR u vybraných nelékařských zdravotnických pracovníků. K získání potřebných dat jsem použila dotazníkové šetření. V diskuzi pak hodnotím potvrzení stanovených hypotéz. Závěry z tohoto výzkumného šetření mohou posloužit jako zpětná vazba školiteli kardiopulmonální resuscitace. The goal of this thesis is to determine the level of theoretical knowledge of the procedures of cardiopulmonary resuscitation of selected non-medical staff members in VFN in Prague. The work is subdivided into a theoretical and a practical part. In the first part I comment on the history of cardiopulmonary resuscitation, the basic and widespread vital support to adults and children and the didactics of CPR. In the second- practical part I compare the theoretical knowledge of CPR of selected non-medical staff members. To collect all the necessary information I opted for the questionnaire method. In the discussion I then consider the fulfilment of the established hypothesis. The conclusion of this investigation can serve as a feedback to the instructor of cardiopulmonary resuscitation.
