| dc.description.abstract | This Bachelor theses deals with the influence of physiotherapy on functioning of hand after being overworked and after being injured in climbing sport. The anatomy and ontogenetic development of motioning, mobility of hand is described here. For comparison there are four other studies on the same topic. The biomechanics of burdening fingers of hand is also mentioned here. Furthermore classification of injuries and damages of hand are dealt with as well as description of the causes of their inceptions and their diagnostics and therapy aimed at the rehabilitation methods in these cases used. | dc.description.abstract | Bakalářská práce se zabývá vlivem fyzioterapie na funkci ruky po přetížení a úrazových stavech v horolezeckém sportu. Je zde popsána anatomie ruky a ontogenetický vývoj motoriky ruky. Pro srovnání jsou uveřejněny čtyři studie o přetěžování a úrazech rukou při horolezeckém sportu. Je zmíněna biomechanika zatěžování prstů rukou. Dále je zde provedena klasifikace úrazů a poškození rukou, jsou popsány příčiny vzniku a jejich diagnostika a terapie se zaměřením na rehabilitační metody, které se využívají.
