Prevence nehod a bezpečný pohyb na vodě v ČR

Abstract

Tato práce je zaměřena na možnosti prevence nehod a bezpečný pohyb v české vodní turistice ve srovnání s pokročilým preventivně-bezpečnostním systémem turisticko- horolezeckých aktivit alpských zemích. V práci se zabývám úrovní českého bezpečnostního systému, zjištěním počtu osob, kterých se týkají nehody a utonutí na našich řekách. Dále posuzuji, zda má na trhu v oblasti vodní turistiky a kanoistiky úspěch konkrétní typ publikace, jako prostředek ke zvýšení bezpečnosti a jaké další prostředky se využívají ke snížení počtu nehod. V hlavní části práce shrnuji, které subjekty se o problematiku zajímají a jakým způsobem se podílejí na zlepšování podmínek na vodě. V závěru práce navrhuji možnosti zvýšení bezpečnosti na českých vodních tocích. V práci používám následující metody: metoda indukce na základě dotazníků, metoda srovnávání zpracovaných výsledků z rozhovorů vybraných půjčoven a deskriptivní statistické metody v podobě grafických analýz. Bezpečnost na vodě se posouvá o malé krůčky vpřed. Na bezpečnosti svých klientů a vodáků se podílejí dokonce i půjčovny lodí, dále například sbor hasičů nebo kraje. Snad se blíží i doba, kdy se začnou stavět bezpečné jezy.

This work focuses on the possibilities of accidents prevention and safe movement in the Czech water tourism in the comparison with the advanced preventive-safety system of tourist-mountaineering activities in Alpine countries. I am concerned with the level of Czech safety system by finding out the number of persons to which the accidents and drownings on our rivers refer to in this work. Further on I consider whether a specific type of publication is successful on the market of water tourism and canoeing area as a mean to increase the safety, and which other kinds of means are used to reduce the quantity of accidents. I summarize which subjects are interested in this issue and by which manner they participate in improving the conditions on the water in the main part of this work. I suggest the possibilities of increasing the safety on Czech watercourses in the conclusion. Following methods were used in this work: the method of induction on the basis of questionnaires, the method of processed results of dialogues with selected rental shops comparison and the descriptive statistical methods in the form of graphical analysis.
