Finanční krize a její vliv na zaměstnanost v ČR

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá vlivem globální finanční krize na zaměstnanost i konkrétními dopady na trh práce v České republice. Důraz je kladen na zaměstnané a nezaměstnané občany ovlivněné finanční krizí. V obecné části je čtenáři přiblížen vznik a vývoj finanční krize v roce 2008 v USA a "přelití" tzv. hypotečních bublin do celého světa i zemí EU a její teoretický základ byl přiblížen v teorii finančních krizí. Dalšími teoretickými východisky jsou teorie lidského kapitálu vysvětlující postoj občanů ke vzdělání, teorie sociálního jednání, která se zabývá podstatou a důvody sociálního jednání a konceptu lidského potenciálu. V práci jsou předložena zásadní fakta o zaměstnanosti a analýza zaměstnanosti v ČR v letech 2008 - 2011. Na základě negativního ekonomického vývoje a jako reakce na finanční krizi, byla v oblasti zaměstnanosti přijata v zemích EU i ČR některá podpůrná, ale zároveň také restriktivní opatření, se kterými je čtenář seznámen. Větší prostor je věnován postojům zaměstnanců a zaměstnavatelů u firem, které se nacházejí v krizi a jsou nuceny přijímat protikrizová opatření a v případě, že opatření nejsou účinná, musí podniky hledat způsoby řešení vážné finanční krize např. konsolidaci, fúzi, sanaci, reorganizaci, konkurz nebo oddlužení. The thesis deals with the influence of the global financial crisis on the employment and specific effects on the labour market in the Czech Republic. The emphasis is based mainly on employees and unemloyed people involved by this problem. In general, the reader is introduced genesis and development of the financial crisis in 2008 in the U.S. and the "spillover" to the mortgage bubble arend the world and EU and its theoretical basis was outlined in the theory of financial crisis. Other theoretical bases of human capital theory as explaining citizen's attitudes to education and social dealing theory, which follow up the nature and reasons of social dealing and theory of human potential. The thesis submitted to the fundamental facts about employment in the analysis in the years 2008 - 2011. Based on the negative economic development and in response to the financial crisis, was adopted in employment in the EU and Czech Republic some support, but also restrictive measures with which the reader is present.
