| dc.description.abstract | and key words Title: The Importance ofOutdoor Training (OT) in the Education ofEmployees Aim of the work: Evaluate the importance ofoutdoor training in the education ofthe employees. Consider the suitability and topicality ofOT for training ofthe managers and working teams. Find out what companies expect from taking part in OT and their opinion on it. Present current Czech and European OT market from the point ofview ofthe OT providers. Method: A questionnaire research was used to find out how important is OT for the companies. The answers were gained from 19 personnel managers of different companies with the place of business in the Czech Republic. A method of the secondary analysis of the literature was chosen for the evaluation of the suitability and topicality ofOT. To present current situation on the market the structured interview with representatives of providers ofoutdoor training was used. Results: The results show the point ofview ofthe personnel managers to the OT and present the situation on the Czech and European OT market. | dc.description.abstract | a klíčová slova Název: Výmam outdoor trainingu (OT) pro vzdělávání zaměstnanců Cíle práce: Zhodnocení výmamu outdoor trainingu pro vzdělávání zaměstnanců. Posouzení vhodnosti a aktuálnosti metody OT pro vzdělávání manažerů a pracovních týmů. Zjištění co firmy očekávají od účasti na OT a jejich vnímání outdoor trainingu. Posouzení vývoje outdoor trainingu na našem a evropském trhu. Metoda: Ve výzkumu výmamu outdoor trainingu pro vzdělávání zaměstnanců bylo použito dotamíkové šetření, na které reagovalo 19 personálních manažerů z růmých společností se sídlem v ČR. K posouzení vhodnosti a aktuálnosti OT pro vzdělávání manažerů a pracovních týmů byla zvolena metoda sekundární analýzy a pro zobrazení situace na trhu bylo využito strukturovaného rozhovoru se zástupci poskytovatelů OT. Výsledky: Přinášejí pohled manažerů personálních oddělení na OT a monitorují situaci na evropském i českém trhu s OT.
