Ucelená rehabilitace dětí a mládeže s kombinovaným postižením

Abstract

Tato práce pojednává v teoretické části o ucelené rehabilitaci dětí a mládeže s kombinovaným postižením v České republice se zaměřením na pedagogickou a sociální složku ucelené rehabilitace. V práci je prezentován fenomén kombinovaného postižení, možnosti vzdělávání dětí a mládeže s tímto postižením a systém sociálních služeb pro tuto cílovou skupinu. Jsou charakterizovány metody podpory dětí a mládeže s kombinovaným postižením (bazální stimulace, fyzioterapie, animoterapie a muzikoterapie). Praktická část práce sestává z výzkumného šetření, které proběhlo ve vybraném zařízení formou hloubkových rozhovorů s pracovníky, analýzou dokumentů a pozorováním; šetření je zaměřeno na způsob realizace metod podpory uživatelů zařízení a na zjištění toho, zda jsou metody aplikovány v souladu s principy ucelené rehabilitace.

The theoretical background of the diploma thesis discusses the comprehensive rehabilitation of children and youth with multiple disabilities in the Czech Republic with regard to the pedagogical and social aspects of the comprehensive rehabilitation. The phenomenon of multiple disabilities, possibilities for education of children and youth with multiple disabilities and the system of social services for this target group are presented here. The methods for supporting children and youth with multiple disabilities (basic stimulation, physiotherapy, animal assisted therapy, music therapy) are characterised. The research carried out in a chosen institution employed the following research methods: in-depth interviews with social workers, document analysis and observation. The research focused on the realization of the methods for supporting clients of the institution. It also explored whether the methods are applied in compliance with the principals of comprehensive rehabilitation.
