Analýza školní jídelny Praha 22

Abstract

Předmětem této práce je podrobná analýza Školní jídelny Praha 22 a porovnání jejího současného stavu se stavem očekávaným z pohledu všech uživatelů jídelny. Problematika je členěna do dvou samostatných částí: teoretická část, kde je poukázáno na postavení a vymezení školní jídelny ve školské soustavě a praktická část, která sleduje, zda jsou představy uživatelů v souladu či rozporu se současnou činností organizace. Myšlenkou této práce je přinést organizaci cenné informace o spokojenosti či nespokojenosti uživatelů s fungováním jídelny, sledování jejich potřeb a přání pro následné plánování a rozvoj organizace.

The matter of this Thesis is an analyse of the School canteen in Praha 22 and the comparison of the current status and all boarders expectations. The problem is divide into two separate sections: theoretic section, alluded to position and definition of the school canteen in educational system and practical section focused on the canteen users expectations and the contemporary operation of the organization. The main idea of this Thesis is to bring a valuable information about users contentment with canteen operation, observation of their needs and requests for subsequent planning and development of the organization.
