Abstract

Tématem bakalářské práce je: Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta s diagnózou: Gangrena pedis bilaterálně, omrzliny TMT - amputace v CA. Obsah je zaměřen na rehabilitační péči po amputaci prstů na obou dolních končetinách z důvodu omrzlin pokročilých do stádia nekrózy a k následné amputaci. Cílem je seznámení s problematikou amputací v oblasti nohy, nastudování literatury a využití teoretických i praktických poznatků získaných během studia. Objektivní popis fyzioterapeutické péče, popis a záznam provedených fyzioterapeutických metod, postupů a vyšetření. Dále zajistit kvalitní péči, zlepšení zdravotního stavu, nácvik sebeobsluhy a chůze po vhodně zvolených terapiích. Obecná část obsahuje popis anatomie, kineziologie a biomechaniky periferní části dolní končetiny. Krátké seznámení s termíny amputace, omrzliny, nekróza, Fantomové bolesti, ortotika - protetika. Přiblížení a popis použitých metod, technik a vyšetření. V Praktické speciální části se nachází vyhodnocení vstupního vyšetření, průběh terapií a výstupní vyšetření s následným vyhodnocením efektu terapií. Bakalářská práce může být využita studenty pro přiblížení problematiky amputací, nebo samotnými pacienty a jejich příbuznými při zvládání tohoto handicapu.
