Kazuistika fyzioterapeudické péče o pacienta s dermatomyositis

Abstract

Název Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta s diagnózou dermatomyositis. Cíle Hlavním cílem této práce je zpracování poznatků o dermatomyositidě a zhodnocení přístupů, které prezentuje níže uvedená literatura. Dalším cílem bylo posouzení vlivu fyzioterapeutické léčby na toto onemocnění. Metody Obecná část bakalářské práce zahrnuje teoretické poznatky o diagnóze dermatomyositis. V praktické části jsem zpracovávala kazuistiku pacienta s danou s diagnózou dermatomyositis pod vedením zkušeného fyzioterapeuta po dobu 10 dní. Výsledky Podařilo se dosáhnout výrazného zlepšení funkčního stavu pacienta. Pacient začal být během fyzioterapeutické léčby léčen i kortikoidy, které mají na zlepšení stavu též svůj podíl. Title Case study of physiotherapy treament of the patient with the diagnosis of dermatomyositis. Objectives The aim of this work is to process knowledge for dermatomyositis and evaluation of approaches which are presented in the literature mentioned below. Second objective was to evaluate the impact of physiotherapy treatment for this disease. Methods The general part of the thesis includes theoretic knowledge about dermatomyositis. In the second part of this thesis I processed the case of a patient diagnosed with dermatomyositis under the leadership of an experienced physiotherapist for 10 days Results We have achieved quite a significant improvement. Treatment included physical therapy and pharmacological treatment with corticoids. Corticoids have partial portion of the over-all result. Keywords Dermatomyositis, polymyositis, muscle weakness.
