Souhrn Název práce: Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta se syndromem Guillain-Barré. Cíl práce: Shrnutí teoretických poznatků a zpracování kazuistiky pacienta s diagnózou Guillain-Barré. Abstrakt: Bakalářská práce se skládá ze dvou částí. Obecná část zahrnuje anatomické a neurofyziologické aspekty GBS, stručně charakterizuje jeho historii, léčbu, diagnostiku a vyvolávající faktory. Speciální část se věnuje kazuistice a rehabilitačnímu plánu pacienta. Terapie byla zaměřena převážně k navrácení soběstačnému života pacienta. Kazuistika byla zpracována v době praxe od 17. 2. do 29. 2. 2011 na neurologickém oddělení v Oblastní nemocnici Kladno a.s. Objective: Summary of theoretical knowledge and the processing of study reports of patients diagnosed with Guillain-Barré syndrome. Abstract: The thesis consists of two parts. The general section includes anatomical and neurophysiological aspects of GBS characterized by its brief history, treatment, diagnosis, and precipitating factors. A special section is devoted to a case study and rehabilitation plan for the patient. Therapy was directed primarily to improve quality of life. The case study was prepared at the time of practice from 17. 2. to 29. 2. 2011 at the neurology department at the district hospital in Kladno a.s.
