Ľubochňanci a jejich práce v zahraničí

Abstract

Moje práce je zalo ena na kvalitativní analýze devíti rozhovor s mladými uboch anci a uboch ankami, kte í pracovali anebo pracují za hranicemi Slovenské republiky. Z jejich zku eností se sna ím zjistit, jaké d vody je vedou opustit domov a odejít pracovat do cizí zem . V teoretické ásti obecn ji popisuji pracovní migraci Slovák a charakterizuji vesnici, z ní respondenti pocházejí. V analytické ásti popisuji d vody, pro odcházejí, zam uji se i na to, podle eho si vybírají zem , do nich ode li a na jejich vztah k ubochni. Zajímám se i o jejich zku enosti s prací v zahrani í a na jejich pohled na ostatní, co také ode li za prací za hranice. Na základ výpov dí respondent docházím k záv ru, e d vody odejít z ubochn pracovat do zahrani í je ovlivn n hlavn ekonomickými faktory, nap íklad nedostatkem pracovních p íle itostí na místním trhu práce anebo nedostate ným finan ním ohodnocením za práci. Pouze oni ale nehrají hlavní roli p i jejich rozhodování, zda-li odejdou, proto e do jejich rozhodnutí se promítá i mnoho dal ích d vod , které je p im jí opustit domov a závazky, je v n m zanechali. V echny tyto dal í okolnosti jsem se rovn sna il ve své práci zachytit.

My bachelor thesis is based on a qualitative analysis of nine interviews with young people from Luboch a who have been or still are working abroad. I am trying to find out from their experiences what reasons make them leave their home in Slovakia and start working in another country. In the theoretical part, I broadly describe the problem of labour migration of people form Slovakia and I characterize the village that my respondents come from. In the analytical part, I describe their reasons to leave, I concentrate on the countries they choose as their destinations and on their relationship to their home village, Luboch a. I also focus on their experience with working abroad and their view on other migrant workers from Slovakia. Based on the enunciations of the respondents, I conclude that the decision to leave Luboch a is mostly influenced by the economic factors, such as a lack of work opportunities on the local labour market and insufficient financial compensation for the labour. But these factors are not the only reasons for the decision to leave. The decision is also influenced by many other reasons that make them leave their home and the commitments they leave behind. I have tried to describe all these different circumstances in the thesis as well.
