Abstract

Název: Kolenní systém C-Leg a jeho aplikace při transfemorální amputaci Cíle: Cílem této práce je charakteristika kolenního systému C-Leg, stavby stehenní protézy s kolenním systémem C-Leg aplikovaném u pacientů při transfemorálních amputacích, jeho možné nastavení, použití v kombinaci s běžným typem pahýlových lůžek a porovnání jejich vlivu na možný obraz chůze pacienta. Dalším cílem je popis možných chyb v nastavení systému C-Leg a jejich projevech při prvotním použití a chůzi. Metody: V této práci jsem použil metodu analýzy doposud zjištěných a publikovaných poznatků a zkušeností se systémem kolenního kloubu C-Leg, jeho stavby, nastavením doporučeným výrobcem a školou chůze při transfemorální amputaci. Kompilací jednotlivých typů pahýlových lůžek použitých při nácviku chůze, publikovaných výsledků v rámci terapie amputovaných pacientů a vlastních poznatků, jsem zpracoval podle následných projevů, které se vyskytovaly v průběhu terapie. Výsledky: Při zachování doporučené stavby pro stehenní protézy s kolenním systémem C-Leg, následným porovnáním jednotlivých typů pahýlových lůžek a výsledků terapie na rehabilitačních odděleních, jsem popsal možné nežádoucí projevy v obrazu chůze pacienta.
