Abstract

My diploma work called "Various aspects on a birth of mental disabled child" ties together with my bachelor work, which I wrote at Evangelic Theological Faculty at Charles Univerzity. In this bachelor work I was interested in the basical rights of mental disabled people. I taught the topic of a right to live. The meaning of this question grows with the developement of new biotechnology as an artificial insemination, an antenatal diagnostics, a miscarriage and a gene therapy. The other important question talks about the mother rights. These questions traditonally pronounce physicians, philosophers, theologians and sociologists of medicine. However special pedagogues should as well think about and participate in discussions about this topic. Special education comes to the new period with currently knowledges of not only human genome. That is why I target the bioethic sphere, different opinions and possibilities of special pedagogue's treating. in my diploma work, because bioethic spere touch the special education. I come out from historical point of view, from attitudes formulated in our history and from society attitudes to disabled individuals. The work of special pedagogues in this area should focus at disabled people and their parents who decided to take care of the child and at people who are just...

Svou diplomovou prací "Různé úhly pohledu na narození dítěte s mentálním postižením" navazuji na svou bakalářskou práci, kterou jsem psala na Evangelické teologické fakultě UK a ve které jsem se zabývala základními právy osob s mentálním postižením. Dotkla jsem se při tom problematiky práva na život. S rozvojem nových biotechnologií jako je umělé oplodnění, prenatální diagnostika, umělé přerušení těhotenství a genová terapie nabývá tato otázka na významu. Hovoří se také o právech matky. K těmto otázkám se již tradičně vyslovují lékaři či filosofové, teologové a také sociologové medicíny a lékařství. Měli by však o nich začít přemýšlet i speciální pedagogové a zúčastňovat se odborné diskuse na toto téma, neboť právě díky současným znalostem nejen o lidském genomu se speciální pedagogika jako obor dostává do nové etapy.1 Proto je cílem mé diplomové práce upozornit na tuto bioetickou oblast, která se speciální pedagogiky dotýká, na různé názorové postoje a možnosti, kde je možné působení speciálních pedagogů. Vycházím z historického pohledu, z postojů, které se formulovaly v naší historii a z toho, jak společnost přistupovala a přistupuje k postiženým jedincům. Práce speciálních pedagogů by v této oblasti měla být zaměřena nejen na samotné jedince s postižením a na rodiče, kteří se rozhodli si takto postižené...
