Vinařství v Praze za vlády Karla IV.

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá vinařstvím v Pražských městech a v Cechách ve 14. století za vlády Karla IV. Lucemburského. Vychází zejména z jeho dvou privilegií vydaných roku 1358, jimiž tento panovník zřídil perkmistrovský viničný úřad a jednotný viničný řád. Díky v těmto privilegiím nastal v Cechách rozmach tohoto hospodářského odvětvL Práce se také dotýká vinařství na jižní Moravě jakožto tradičně vinařského regionu. Ponejvíce pak regionu pražského středověkého souměstí.

This thesis is concerned with vineculture in towns of Prague and Bohemia in the 14th century during the reign of Charles IV of Luxembourg. Primarily it emanates from two of his privileges issued in 1358, through which the this ruler established a vineyard authority and a single vineyard order. It was due to these two privileges that the expansion of this economic sector in Bohemia arrived. The thesis also deals with vineculture in southern Moravia which is the traditional wine-growing region. However mostly it deals with the region of conurbation of medieval Prague.
