Lidé se zdravotním postižením v andragogickém procesu a jejich kariérové uplatnění

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje problematice osob se zdravotním postižením. Je v ní nastíněno několik oblastí, které provázejí život zdravotně postižených občanů. S ohledem na obor studia, důraz je kladen zejména na vzdělávání a zaměstnanost těchto osob. Na počátku je v krátkosti shrnut historický pohled na jedince s postižením a novodobá legislativa, která se týká této skupiny. V dalších kapitolách se práce zabývá vzděláváním a zaměstnáváním zdravotně postižených jedinců. V neposlední řadě není opominut ani vliv Evropské unie na tuto oblast a formy poradenských činností, které neodmyslitelně patří k životu zdravotně postižených jedinců.

This bachelor's thesis concerns with problematic of people with special disabilities. It contains several areas that are connected with disabled citizens. With regard to domain of this study, the impact insists mainly the education and employment of these people. At the beginning of this study there is a short historical view of attitudes to this group and modern legislative which applies to this group. In the next chapters, the study speaks about education and empoying people with disabilities. Last but not least, we will discuss influence of EU at this sphere and forms of consultancy activities that are essential for people with special needs
