dc.description.abstract	Práce je členěna na část teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části jsem provedla reflexi pojmu autorita, především s ohledem na současný kontext (postmoderní situace) výchovy a vzdělávání. V praktické části byly dotazníkovou formou zjištěny názory učitelů na aktuální problémy s jejich autoritou a způsoby řešení.	cs_CZ
dc.description.abstract	The work is divided into a theoretical part and a practical part. In the theoretical part, I reflected on the concept of authority, particularly with regard to the current context (postmodern situation) of ubringing and education. In the practical part, teachers' views of current problems with their authority and possible solutions were identified through questionnaires.	en_US
