| dc.description.abstract | Tématem diplomové práce je analýza organizačního vývoje koncernu ČKD v letech 1928-1938. Hlavním předmětem zkoumání jsou změny ve struktuře organizace řízení podniku ve sledovaném období. Tyto změny byly prováděny z rozdílných důvodů, které měly lépe reflektovat okolnosti mikroekonomické situaci ČKD. Diplomová práce je rozdělena do šesti kapitol, třetí až šestá kapitola se přímo zabývá vytčenou problematikou. | cs_CZ |
| dc.description.abstract | The theme of this thesis is to analyze the organizational development group CKD in 1928-1938. The main subject of study are changes in the structure of organization management in the period. These changes were implemented for different reasons, which should better reflect the circumstances of the microeconomic situation of CKD.
