Kategorizace zdravotnických prostředků : návrh na úpravu úhrad zdravotnických prostředků se zaměřením na předpis glukometrů pro diabetiky

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou kategorizace zdravotnických prostředků, zaměřenou na pomůcky pro diabetiky, speciálně na glukometry. Cílem práce je vybrat jeden typ glukometru, který by představoval standard plně hrazený zdravotními pojišťovnami. Ostatní glukometry by byly hrazeny pouze do výše úhrady tohoto standardu, zbytek by hradil pacient Práce zahrnuje zpracované technické parametry pro jednotlivé glukometry, finanční objem, který by hradily zdravotní pojišťovny a konzultace, které přispěly k vypracování dané problematiky. Následují výsledky, ze kterých vyplývá možná záměna určitých typů glukometrů s nejvyšší spotřebou, které se řadí do vyšší cenové kategorie, za glukometry parametricky srovnatelné, ale z nižší cenové kategorie. Dissertation deals with the issue of categorization of medical devices, focusing on tools for diabetics, especially on the meter. The goal is to select one type of glucose meter, which would constitute a standard fully covered by health insurance. Other glucometers would be reimbursed only to the amount paid for this standard, the rest would be paid by the patient. Work includes preparation of technical parameters, individual consumption, blood glucose meters and consultations which contributed to the elaboration of the issue. The following are the results of which emerges possible replacement for of certain types of blood glucose meters with the highest consumption, which ranks in the higher price category, whit glucometers parametrically comparable, but from the lower price category.
