Portál elektronických informačních zdrojů Umění online Knihovny JAMU v Brně a jeho služby

Abstract

The theme of this doctoral thesis is the gate for free access to the electronic information resources Art On-line at the Library of The Janacek Academy of Music and Performing Arts /JAMU/ in Brno (see http://knihovna.jamu.cz/index.html or http://dokumenty.jamu.cz/knihovna/eiz). The purposes are analysis and evaluation of the current state of the gate, survey of using information and information services, suggestion of its expansion, suggestion of its organizational and technological innovation and suggestion for completion of electronic information resources. The doctoral thesis consists of seven chapters. The opening part introduces JAMU and the Library of JAMU, the fundamental part presents the gate Art On-line. Chapter 1 The Janacek Academy of Music and Performing Arts in Brno introduces milieu of the art academy. From chapter 2 The Library of JAMU - history, development, services and its critical analysis to chapter 4 Electronic information resources at the Library of JAMU the text deals with problems of the library. Tématem rigorózní práce je portál pro přístup k volně dostupným elektronickým informačním zdrojům "Umění online" Knihovny Janáčkovy akademie múzických umění v Brně (více viz http://knihovna.jamu.cz/index.html nebo http://dokumenty.jamu.cz/knihovna/eiz). Konkrétními cíly jsou analýza a hodnocení stávajícího stavu portálu, průzkum využívání informací a informačních služeb portálu, návrh na rozšíření informačních služeb portálu, návrh na jeho organizační a technologické zlepšení a návrh na doplnění informačních zdrojů. Rigorózní práce je strukturována do sedmi kapitol. Část textu je věnována JAMU a její knihovně, stěžejní část portálu Umění online. Kapitola 1. Janáčkova akademie múzických umění v Brně přibližuje prostředí umělecké vysoké školy. Od kapitoly 2. Knihovna JAMU - historie, vývoj, služby a jejich kritická analýza po kapitolu 4. Elektronické informační zdroje v Knihovně JAMU, se text zabývá problematikou knihovny. Kapitola 5. Portál Umění online - vývoj, kritická analýza současného stavu popisuje vývoj a analyzuje současný stav portálu Umění online. Prezentací průzkumu, který zjišťoval využívání oborových informací z portálu a spokojenost uživatelů s jeho propagací a webovou prezentací, se zabývá kapitola 6.
