Prvky farmacie jako inspirace pro výuku chemie

Abstract

SOUHRN A KLÍČOVÁ SLOVA Rigorózní práce je věnována školním chemickým experimentům, které jsou inspirovány farmacií. Hlavním výstupem práce je kartotéka návodů pro pokusy, které jsou využitelné ve výuce chemie na středních a vyšších školách, případně v zájmovém školství, a které jsou úzce svázány s různými odvětvími farmacie, využívají farmaceutické suroviny, výrobní postupy či technologie. V úvodu práce je pojednáno o současném pojetí výuky chemie v rámcových vzdělávacích programech, o metodách a formách výuky chemie a o specifické metodě výuky chemie, kterou je školní chemický experiment. V další části práce jsou popsány literární i jiné zdroje, ze kterých byly náměty čerpány a jsou zde uvedeny kontakty na firmy, kde se dají zakoupit farmaceutické suroviny. Stručně je shrnuta problematika bezpečné práce s chemickými látkami ve vztahu k výuce ve škole. AND KEYWORDS This thesis deals with school chemistry experiments that are inspired by pharmacy. The main goal is to create a chemistry experiment set containing instructions for experiments applicable to teaching chemistry at secondary schools or colleges or during leisure time. These experiments are closely connected to various branches of pharmacy. Pharmaceutical substances, industrial processes and technologies are used in them. The introduction of this thesis concentrates on the teaching of chemistry conceptions within the present educational framework, specifically on the methods and forms of teaching as well as on the specific methods of teaching chemistry i. e. chemistry experiments. References to sources of professional and other literature will be mentioned in the main body of the thesis. The enclosed company contacts point to the companies that have pharmaceutical substance at their disposal for school supply and usage. Finally, safety instructions for dangerous chemical substances in relation to school education will be briefly summarized.
