| dc.description.abstract | Hlavním tématem této diplomové práce je problematika dodržování lidských práv v péči o seniory v České republice. Jde o práci převážně teoretickou, která představuje vybrané právní dokumenty a vymezuje základní pojmy dané problematiky. První kapitola jednotlivě popisuje konkrétní právní dokumenty; druhá kapitola je věnována péči o seniory. Stěžejní je třetí kapitola, která se zabývá přímo dodržováním práv v péči o seniory. | dc.description.abstract | The main theme of this diploma thesis is the issue of human rights abidance of the senior care in the Czech Republic. It is mostly a theoretical work, which presents selected legal documents and defines the basic terms of the issue. The first chapter describes the specific legal documents; the second chapter is devoted to caring for the elderly. Pivotal is the third chapter, which deals directly to respecting the rights of care for seniors. Three case reports are included to better illustrate this issue. | en_US |
