Abstract

Title: Systematic Review of Researches Testing Movement and Body Techniques in the Treatment of Eating Disorders. Goal: The goal of this research is to organize the knowledge of past therapeutic researches and cross- connect this knowledge gained through experiments for the benefit of daily psychotherapeutic work and future researches. Methods: The design of the study follows the design of Systematic Review, which carries the highest evidence in the hierarchy of scientific evidence, and which offers the strongest knowledge for practical use. In this research were included studies testing Movement and Body Techniques on samples of patients with Eating Disorders and which were published in English till the year 2008. Results: This research confirms that for the treatment of eating disorders, therapies using body and movement oriented techniques have been used, tested and published since 1970. By the end of the year 2008 there are 41 published researches in the English language. The evidence-based quality of the researches in this field is very good. In 59% of the studies, the strength of the evidence reaches the third of four levels of scientific evidence. Název: Systematický přehled výzkumů ověřujících na pohyb anebo tělo zaměřenou terapii v rámci léčby onemocnění porucha příjmu potravy. Cíle práce: Cílem práce je vyhledat všechny terapeutické přístupy, které pracují s technikami zaměřenými na pohyb a tělo, které byly testovány v rámci léčby Poruchy příjmu potravy a které byly anglicky publikovány do roku 2008. Dále zhodnotit popsané studie, zařadit je do struktury a extrahovat data využitelná pro praxi i další výzkum. Metoda: Na základě výzkumné strategie Systematického přehledu, byl v této práci vytvořen replikovatelný rámec týkající se zahrnujících a vylučujících kritérií, klíčových slov, systému databázového vyhledávání a zvolených položek tabulky k extrakci získaných dat a další struktruraci. Výsledky: Tento výzkum doložil, že pohyb a na tělo zaměřené techniky, jsou oblíbenými terapeutickými technikami u pacientů s poruchou příjmu potravy a že se významně podílejí na jejich uzdravení. Do výzkumu bylo celkem zařazeno 41 studií, publikovaných od roku 1970 do roku 2008, které vyhověly zahrnujícím a vylučujícím kritériím. Byla zhodnocena kvalita důkazu jako velmi dobrá u 59% zařazených studií. Byla vytvořena struktura terapeutických technik a závěry pro terapeutickou praxi a další výzkum.
