Tradicija purizma u hrvatskom jezikoslovlju

Abstract

Dizertacni pnice se zabyva tradici purizmu v chorvatske jazykovede. Sleduje yYvoj chorvatskeho jazyka se zretelem na existujici tezi, ze purismus je imanentni soucasti chorvatskeho jazyka. Autorka se zamefuje na Ulohu chorvatske jazykovedy v utvareni tohoto tradicniho obrazu a snaZi se interpretovat motivy a perspektivy teto tendence. Predmetem prace je role, kterou puristicke principy hraji v budovani jazykove identity a analyza dlouhodobych dopadu teto tendence. V uvodni kapitole je podan prehled teoritickYch stanovisek k terminu purizmus, aktualni uvahy soucasne sociolingvistiky a vylozen postoj kroatistiky k puristickemu charakteru chorvatskeho jazyka. Puristicke tendence chorvatskeho jazyka jsou v chorvatske jazykovede pokladany za prvek trvale provazejici jazykovY yYvoj a z toho duvodu je purizmus vniman jako vYznamny identifIkacni prvek zabudovany do same podstaty chorvatskeho jazyka. Druha kapitola prinasi uZsi pohled na diachronni yYvoj chorvatskeho jazyka. Autorka se v nem zamefuje na analyzu materialu, v nichZ jsou patrny prvky implicitniho i explicitniho purizmu (od predstandardizacniho obdobi, z pocatkU standardizace, zejmena pak z obdobi narodniho obrozeni) a metody, jejichZ prostiednictvim byly tyto prvky prezentovany jako charakteristicke tendence chorvatskeho jazyka. ...

The main topic of the doctor's thesis is tradition of purism in Croatian linguistics, i.e. the development of Croatian language from the point of view of the thesis of purism as a constant in Croatian langauge. The focus is placed by the author on the role of Croatian linguistics in building such a traditional image. The thesis furthermore explains motives and perspectives of the mentioned tendency. The thesis questions the role of purist principles in the construction of language identity and analyzes long-term consequences of this tendency in Croatian linguistics. The introductory chapter gives an overview of theoretic opinions on the term of purism and current ideas of the recent socio-linguistics and furthermore explains the position of Croatian linguistics on the level of purism of Croatian language. Puristic tendency of Croatian language is in Croatian linguistics considered analogue to the language development. Therefore, purism is a very important element of identification built into the character itself of Croatian language.
