Migrační vlny ve Spolkové republice Německo po roce 1989 - mezi severními a jižními spolkovými zeměmi

Abstract

Diplomová práce je věnována tématu vnitřní migrace a je zaměřena na německé obyvatelstvo a jeho pohyb v rámci Spolkové republiky Německo po roce 1989. Výchozí perspektivou je migrační trend, v jehož důsledku dochází k vylidňování zemí ležících na severu SRN a v souvislosti s tím přesun určitých migračních skupin do jižně položených spolkových zemí. Práce mapuje migrační proudy v rámci daného území v období let 1990 až 2008 a zabývá se jejich vlivem na demografické změny, jakož i na proměny v místní socioekonomické struktuře. Východiskem pro empirickou část je vymezení základních pojmů z oblasti migračního výzkumu. Konkrétní přehled migrační proudů mezi severem a jihem SRN je zpracován v rámci dvou případových studií. První z nich je věnována severní spolkové zemi Meklenbursko-Přední Pomořansko, na jejímž příkladu je prezentována problematika vylidňování severu. Vzhledem k závažnosti této problematiky jsou tu vedle samotné migrace, pojednány rovněž důsledky, které vyplývají z migračního chování obyvatelstva pro tuto spolkovou zemi, jakož i postoj zemské politické scény k dané otázce. Jako zástupce jižní části SRN je zde představena spolková země Bádensko-Württembersko, která je naopak příkladem nárůstu obyvatelstva.

The diploma thesis "Migration waves in the Federal Republic of Germany between northern and southern states post 1989" deals with internal migration and focuses on the citizens of Germany and their movement within the country after 1989. The main area of focus is the depopulation of the northern part of Germany and the related immigration of specific migration groups to one of both southern German states. This diploma thesis surveys the migration streams in this territory for the period between 1990 and 2008 and analyzes their influence on the demographic changes and transformations of the local socio-economic structure. In the theoretical section, the appropriate basic terms relating to the area of migration research are explained. A concrete survey of migration streams between northern and southern Gemany is introduced in two case studies. The first deals with the northern state of Mecklenburg- Vorpommern. Using this example, the problems of depopulation in the north of Germany are discussed. Whilst considering the importance of these problems, the consequences of migration for this state and the attitude of the local policy surrounding this issue are described. Representative of the southern part of Germany, the state of Baden-Württemberg is introduced whose population has been growing over the years.
