Implementace podpory zdraví do ŠVP se zaměřením na výživu a stravování

Abstract

Diplomová práce pojednává o implementaci podpory zdraví do ŠVP se zaměřením na výživu a stravování. Výzkum byl proveden na třiceti základních školách v Jihočeském kraji. Podrobněji je zkoumána oblast výživy a její začlenění do učiva výchovy ke zdraví. Na deseti školách je výzkum rozšířen na oblast stravování ve školních jídelnách. Teoretická část popisuje základní poznatky z oblasti zdraví a začlenění problematiky zdraví do školních vzdělávacích programů. Zabývá se výchovou ke zdraví, jejím cílem a obsahem. Dále oblastí výživy a školního stravování. Praktická část zkoumá začlenění výchovy ke zdraví do školních vzdělávacích programů, pomocí jejich analýzy a dotazníkového šetření. Zvláštní pozornost je věnována oblasti výživy a zdraví. U prvních deseti škol je uvedena i charakteristika školních jídelen a stravování.

The paper deals with the implementation of the health support to ŠVP with the stress on the nourishment and the diet. The research was carried out in the thirty basic schools in the southern Bohemia. The part of the nourishment and its implementation to the education leading towards the heath was searched in the details. The research was even bigger at ten schools because it dealt with the situation in the school dining facilities. The theoretical part of the study describes basic learning about the health and its implementation to the school educational programmes. The target and the goal of this part is the education leading towards the heath. Also concentrates on the nutritious value of the school food. The practical part searches the implementation of the heath education to the school educational programmes with the help of the analysis and the questionnaires. The concentration is dedicated of the part of the nourishment and the health. There is also characterization of ten typical school dining facilities with the concentration on the nourishment.
