| dc.description.abstract | Cílem diplomové práce je popis současného stavu dobrovolnictví v České republice a jeho představení zahraniční odborné veřejnosti. V teoretické části analyzuji společenský, legislativní a finanční kontext dobrovolnictví. Dále představuji Národní dobrovolnické centrum Hestia jako nejvýynamější organizaci podílející se na rozvoji a propagování dobrovolnické problematiky a její hlavní aktivity. V praktické části se zaměřuji na neziskové organizace pracující s dobrovolníky. Používám kvalitativní výzkumné metody - případové studie. Jejím cílem je popis metod vedení dobrovolníků v jednotlivých organizacích. | cs_CZ |

In theoretical section is analyzed social, legislative and financial context of volunteering.Furthermore the National volunteer centre - Hestia as the main important organization in the field of promoting and developing of volunteering and its main activities are introduced. Practical section is focused o non-governmental organizations working with volunteers.
