Aktéři protidrogové prevence v Praze 7

Abstract

The main aim of the diploma thesis is to find how the drug prevention is realised in the Prague 7 city district by researching the key players, resulting in getting the responses to the following questions : who are the key players of this realization and which role si played by the civic organizations. The additional aims are to learn if the key players have the documents decisive for the mentioned realization and which are the possbilities of the financial sources to support the provided services, especially in the civic sector. Another partial aim is to generalize the data from the research, so that they can be used also out of the Prague 7 city district and to formulate the recommendations for improving the situation. Firstly the thesis briefly introduces the activities and the rank of the key players, that carry out the drug prevention in Prague 7: the school psychologist, drug preventionist and the civic sector organizations. One of the chapters deals with the laws, strategical and methodical documents, that are related to the anti-drug prevention. The following chapter is devoted to the financial capacities assigned for the drug prevention realization. Hlavní cíl diplomové práce spočívá ve zjištění, jakým způsobem je realizována protidrogové prevence na území Městské části Praha 7 a to zkoumáním klíčových aktérů, tzn. získání odpovědí na otázky: kdo jsou klíčoví aktéři této realizace - jakou roli hrají organizace občanského sektoru. Dílčími cíli je zjistit, zda mají klíčoví aktéři k dispozici dokumenty, které jsou rozhodné pro výše uvedenou realizaci a jaké jsou finanční možnosti k podpoře nabízených služeb dostupné pro klíčové aktéry, zejména v občanském sektoru. Dílčím cílem je snaha zobecnit zjištěné výsledky tak, aby byly ověřitelné i mimo území Městské části Praha 7 a formulovat doporučení pro zlepšení situace. Nejprve práce stručně představuje činnost a postavení klíčových aktérů, kteří realizují protidrogovou prevence v Praze 7: školní metodik prevence, protidrogový koordinátor a dále organizace občanského sektoru. Jedna z kapitol je věnována legislativní úpravě, strategickým a metodickým dokumentům, které se týkají bezprostředního výkonu protidrogové prevence. Navazující kapitola je věnována finančním možnostem k podpoře realizace protidrogové prevence. Použitými metodami bylo zejména studium odborných dokumentů, kvalitativní rozhovor s reprezentativní skupinou aktérů, sekundární analýza dat, zúčastněné pozorování.
