Profesní dráha jedince a její rozvoj

Abstract

Tato bakalarska prace, tYkajici se tematu kariery jedince a jejiho rozvoje, se zabyva sirokou skalou oblasti, ktere do kariery jedince zasahuji. Na zacatku se tato prace zamefuje na objasneni pojmu kariera a rUznych pohledu na ni. Dale se zabyva kariemim vYvojem jedince, etapami tohoto vyvoje a take nekterymi teoriemi, ktere se tYkaji osobnostnich rysu jedince v souvislosti s jeho profesnim zamerenim. Tato prace take obsahuje i tzv. soucasne karierove koncepce, ktere na rozdil od tradicnich karierovYch koncepci, reaguji na neustale se menici prostredi a nove potreby, ktere v teto souvislosti vyvstaly. Dalsim tematem obsazenym v teto praci je planovani kariery at' samotnym jedincem, Ci organizaci v ramci procesu fizeni kariery. V zaverecne fazi se tato prace zabyva karierovYm poradenstvim a jeho velkym pfinosem v oblasti kariery jedincu at' ph hledani profesni zamereni, Ci ph dalsim rozvoji kariery.

The theme of this bachelor thesis is an individual's career and its development and a broad variety of areas which affect it. The first parts of this thesis are concentrated on clarifying the term career and introducing multiple views on the present term. Further, the thesis concentrates on the development of an individual's career, the stages of this development and also several theories concerning personality features of an individual in relation to their profession. This thesis also concentrates on contemporary career concepts which, contrary to the traditional career concepts, flexibly react to the constantly changing environment and new arising needs in this area. Another theme of this thesis is career planning, either by the individual or by an organisation within the process of career management. In its final chapters, this thesis concentrates on career counselling and its great contribution to the area of individuals' careers when searching for a professional specialisation or when further developing a career.
