dc.description.abstract | Tato pnice se zabyva tematem vzdelavanim seniorU. V uvodu je vysvetleno, zjakYch duvodil jsem si prave toto tema vybrala. Pote uvadim zakladni demograficka fakta zamefena na vekove rozlozeni populace v Ceske republice a Nemecku, dale definuji pojmy stafl a starnuti a vysvetluji, jak se starnuti projevuje, ale take, jakje mozne stamuti odd alit. V daISi casti teto prace se jiz zabyvam samotnym vzdelavanim seniorU, uvadim, v cern se vzdeIavani seniorU odlisuje od vzdelavani jinych skupin a jake jsou soucasne tendence ve vzdelavani seniorU. Soucasti me prace jsou i vynatky z mezinarodnich a narodnich dokumentu zabyvajicich se problematikou starnuti. V posledni casti prace zminuji dye konkretni instituce, ktere se vzdelavanim seniorU zabyvaji, popisuji, jak zde vzdelavani seniorU probiha. Na zaver vyhodnocuji soucasnou situaci a konstatuji, ze byt' je v teto oblasti patme zlepseni, pfedevsim voblasti metodiky a pfipravy lektorU je stale potfeba odstranit mnoho nedostatkU. | cs_CZ |
dc.description.abstract | This thesis focuses on the topic of Education of seniors. The Introduction concentrates on the nowadays age structure situation and on the need of selfeducation through out the entire life of every person. In the first chapter the demographic data and the future tendencies are mentioned. Next parts of the thesis are dedicated to the explanation of terms 'senesence' and 'aging'. The central part refers to the theory of education of adults, defines the difference between education of younger and older generations and between the forms of education which is aimed at the seniors. In the next part there are mentioned several national and international documents which cover the field of senesence of population and the education of seniors. Finally, there are described two concrete examples of institutions providing the education of adults. One of them is situated in Germany, the other one in the Czech Republic. At the end I evaluate the situation, stating that even though a big progress takes place, especially in the methodological and praxeological field much should be still improved. | en_US |
