Abstract

Cilem me bakalarske prace je nastinit problematiku profesni kariery zeny z ruznych lihlu pohledu. Prvni kapitola je venovana profesni kariere jako takove. Ctenare seznamuje mimo jine s etapami, kterymi clovek behem sve profesni drahy prochazi, nebo s nejznamejsimi teoriemi profesni kariery. Dale predstavuje zpusoby, kterymi se na rozvoji profesni kariery pracovniku podili organizace. Druha kapitola se zabyva legislativnim zakotvenim dane problematiky na poli mezinarodnim i vnitrostatnim. Treti kapitola se venuje profesni kariere zen v historii, ale take v soucasnosti. Vedle toho se zabyva skutecnostmi, ktere odlisuji karieru zen a muzu. Posledni, ctvrta kapitola nastinuje problematiku harmonizace profesniho a rodinneho zivota, protoze ta vyrazne ovlivnuje situaci zen na trhu prace.

The target of this bachelor thesis is to sketch out the puzzle around the professional career of a woman from several points of view. The first chapter is focused on professional career as such. It informs the reader, among other things, about the stages, which does man go through during his professional life or the most widely known teories of professional career. It then introduces ways of how do organisations take part in development of professional career of an employee. The second chapter engages in legislative anchorage in both national and international field. The third chapter attends professional career of a woman throghout history, but also at present-day situation. Alongside it this thesis deals with facts that distinguish the career of a woman from the career of a man. The last fourth chapter outline the puzzle of harmonisation of a professional and family life, because this area distinctively influences the situation of women on the labour market.
