Role ergoterapeuta v procesu učení dítěte s DMO pro zlepšení výsledků ve škole

Abstract

Součástí rehabilitace dětí s dětskou mozkovou obrnou (dále jen DMO) je optimální edukace. Děti s DMO mívají problémy v oblasti hrubé a jemné motoriky, komunikace, percepce a mnohé další, jež ovlivňují jeho edukační schopnosti. Důležité je zajistit takovému dítěti rehabilitaci v celém rozsahu, na jejíchž cílech se podílí tým odborníků. Ve své bakalářské práci jsem se snažila poukázat na práci multidisciplinárního týmu, zejména speciálního pedagoga a ergoterapeuta v edukačním procesu u dítěte s DMO. Hlavní cílem mé bakalářské práce bylo zmapovat současnou situaci v ergoterapeutické praxi v problematice role ergoterapeuta v procesu učení dítěte s DMO. Součástí tohoto cíle bylo zjistit kompetence ergoterapeuta v procesu učení dítěte s DMO ve škole a určit možné ergoterapeutické intervence k ovlivnění výsledků dítěte s DMO ve škole. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část této práce poskytuje informace o základních charakteristikách DMO a vlivu speciálního pedagoga a ergoterapeuta na dítě s DMO ve škole. V práci se snažím vyzdvihnout důležitost činnosti ergoterapeuta na procesu učení dítěte s DMO, jehož pole působnosti zahrnuje i oblast polohování a pomůcek pro edukaci. The part of rehabilitation in children with cerebral palsy (CP) is optimal education. Children with CP have severe problems with gross and fine motor skills, communication, perception and many other areas that influence their educational skills. It is important to provide these children with complex rehabilitation the goals of which are discussed by a team of professionals. In my thesis I tried to refer to work of a multidisciplinary team, especially the one of a special pedagogue and an occupational therapist in the process of learning child with CP. The main aim of my thesis was to monitor the current situation of occupational practice in the problematic of the role of an occupational therapist in the process of learning in child with CP. One of the goals was to find out the competence of an occupational therapist in the process of learning in a child with CP in school and to define possible occupational therapy interventions to influence the results of a child with CP in school.
