Postavení žen ve vrcholné politice na konci šedesátých let 20. století a jejich postoje k sovětské okupaci ČSSR

Abstract

The construed thesis consists of two parts. The first part contains an introduction to the history of the women's political participation in Czechoslovakia from the from the beginning of the Czechoslovak republic to the end of the 1960's and a chapter following on relation of communism and woman question in theory (communist ideology) and in the everyday practice. The centre of the thesis lies in its second part which deals with the situation and position of women in the public and political offices at the end of the 1960's. It is focusing principally on women in the high political offices in 1968: on the politicians working at the National Assembly, Central Commitee of the Communist Party of the Czechoslovakia and in the government. The main direction of the thesis is the attitudes of women to the august occupation of the Czechoslovakia 1968 by the troops of the Warsaw Treaty and their activity in those days. It follows also their previous careers and political activism and the implications of their august activity for their further careers and political path. The construed thesis tries to fill the gap in the scientific research and literature addressing this historical period by extension of the view with the roles of women in the high politics in this key period of our history. Předkládaná práce se skládá ze dvou částí. První část obsahuje uvedení do historie ženské politické participace v Československu od první republiky do konce šedesátých let 20. století a kapitolu věnující se vztahu komunismu a ženské otázky v teorii (komunistické ideologii) a v praxi každodenní reality. Těžištěm práce je pak její druhá část, která se zabývá situací a postavením žen ve veřejných a politických funkcích na konci 60. let 20. století. Zaměřuje se na ženy ve vrcholných politických funkcích v roce 1968: na politicky působící v Národním shromáždění, UV KSČ (Ústřední výbor Komunistické strany Československa) a ve vládě. Hlavním zaměřením práce jsou postoje těchto žen k srpnové okupaci Československa 1968 vojsky států Varšavské smlouvy a jejich aktivita v těchto dnech. Sleduje rovněž jejich předcházející osudy a politickou činnost a důsledky jejich aktivity v sprnových dnech pro jejich další životní osudy a politické kariéry. Svým tématem se předkládaná práce snaží zaplnit mezeru v odborném výzkumu a literatuře věnující se tomuto historickému období rozšířením pohledu o roli žen ve vrcholné politice v tomto klíčovém období našich dějin. Předmětem diplomové práce je ukázat, jak se komunistickou ideologiií deklarovaná rovnost mužů a žen ve společnosti uplatňovala v praxi na konci šedesátých let, jaké...
