Antidiskriminační legislativa v praxi sociální práce

Abstract

Bachelor's thesis "Anti-discrimination legislation in practice of social work" is concerned with the describing of the impact of anti-discrimination legislation in the context of antiopressive approach to social work. Stresses the importance of paradigm of social work (social work as a reform of the social environment) and its potential impact not only on individuals, but on possible reform and upgrading the quality of society's wealth. Anti-discrimination legislation can finally give people, victims of discrimination, and the social workers, who work with victims, the reserve and defence tool. In the meantime it is missing in our legislation.

Bakalářská práce - Antidiskriminační legislativa v praxi sociální práce - se zabývá popisem vlivu antidiskriminační legislativy v kontextu antiopresivního přístupu v sociální práci. Zdůrazňuje význam paradigmatu sociální práce (sociální práce jako reforma společenského prostředí) a jeho možný vliv nejen na jednotlivce, ale na možnou reformu a zkvalitnění bytí celé společnosti. Antidiskriminační legislativa totiž může konečně dát lidem, obětem diskriminace, ale také sociálním pracovníkům, kteří s obětmi pracují do ruky nástroj, díky kterému bude možné domoci se náhrady, obrany apod. To v naší legislativě zatím chybí.
