Abstract

The work focuses on the issue of asylum for mothers with children. The work is aboud clients these facilities and their expectations. The first part of this work is aimed at the common description of asylum to mothers with children, to their target audience, mission, objectives and services. Special chapter is devoted to the activities of a particular asylum house in Vlašim. In the second part of the work are found to expect with the client comes to asylum, and are found various types of clients asylum for mothers with children. The aim of this work is to identify the expectations of clients asylum for mothers with children and the typology those clients. For this work he was elected qualitative research. Interview methods were used and content analysis of documents. The research sample was 62 clients. The outcome of the work are types of clients asylum for mothers with children and their expectations, which are confronted with the services offered in the asylum for mothers with children.

Práce se zaměřuje na problematiku azylů pro matky s dětmi. Věnuje se klientkám těchto zařízení a jejich očekáváním. První část práce je zaměřená na obecný popis azylů pro matky s dětmi, na jejich cílovou skupinu, poslání, cíle a poskytované služby. Zvláštní kapitola je věnována činnosti konkrétního azylového domu ve Vlašimi. V druhé části práce jsou zjišťovány očekávání, s kterými klientky do azylů přichází, a zároveň jsou zjišťovány jednotlivé typy klientek azylů pro matky s dětmi. Cílem práce je zjištění očekávání klientek azylů pro matky s dětmi a vyprofilování těchto klientek. Pro tuto práci byl zvolen kvalitativní výzkum. Byly použity metody rozhovoru a obsahové analýzy dokumentů. Výzkumný vzorek byl 62 klientek. Výstupem práce jsou vyprofilované typy klientek azylů pro matky s dětmi a jejich očekávání, která jsou konfrontována s nabízenými službami v azylech pro matky s dětmi.
