Kvalita života sester a administrativních pracovníků

Abstract

Cílem práce je nastínit problematiku kvality života sester a administrativních pracovníků s ohledem na jejich vzdělání, praxi a zkušenosti. Tato práce by měla přinést základní informace o důvodech nedostatku sester v nemocnicích v souvislosti s kvalitou života a s spokojeností s dosahováním životních cílů. V teoretické části se zabývám pojmem kvalita života, metodami zjišťování kvality života a podrobnější analýzou některých oblastí života člověka. Nezbytnou součástí práce je charakteristika jednotlivých povoláních. Výzkumná část směřuje k cíli této práce, ověřením hypotéz za pomoci dotazníkového šetření v různých institucí v bankovním a v zdravotním oboru v České republice. Výzkumná práce ukázala vyšší míru frustrace u sester než u administrativních pracovníků ve všech zkoumaných položkách.

The goal of this thesis is in picturing the problems of a life quality of nurses and administrative workers. The comparison is based on their education and work experience. The thesis shall reveal fundamental facts of hospitals suffering from shortage of nurses in connection with life quality and satisfaction in life achievements. The theoretical part is devoted to the term of life quality, research methods and life quality analysis. There is also necessary characterization for both of the professions. The research part is heading towards the goal of this thesis a survey based verification of the lied out hypothesis. It is covering public health sector and financial sector of the Czech Republic. The study revealed nurses suffering from higher levels of frustration in every single area of research when compared to the administrative workers.
