dc.description.abstractInstituce: Fakulta telesne vychovy a sportu Univerzity Karlovy v Praze Katedra zakladu kinantropologie a humanitnich ved Nazev prace: Aktivacni terapie jako podpora vnimani u klientu v chronicke intenzivni peci. Jmeno a prijmeni autora: Be. Lucie Ruzkova, DiS. Studijni obor: Telesna a pracovni vychova zdravotne postizenych Jmeno a prijmeni vedouciho diplomove prace: PhDr. Jana Jebava Cile prace: Cilem diplomove prace je proniknout hloubeji do problematiky klientu s nejtezsim postizenim a podpofit jejich moznosti, ktere jsou velmi omezene. Jedna se o podporu vnimani prostfednictvim konceptu bazalni stimulace, aktivacni terapie, prozitkove terapie a dalsi moznosti zkvalitneni osetfovatelske pece, kterou jim poskytujeme. Metodika: Prvni faze tvorby prace se venuje studiu dostupnych pramenu a ziskavani informaci o problematice chronicke intenzivni pece, fyziologie a patofyziologie stavu vedomi, aktivacni terapie a bazalni stimulace. Tato temata popisuje formou literarni reserse teoreticka cast. Dalsim z dulezitych ukolu bylo absolvovat dve odborna symposia BS, odborny kurz a didaktiku arteterapie. Dalsi prace je vedena formou kvalitativniho vyzkumu. Mezi pfipravne prace vyzkumu patfi anamnesticke setfeni, analyza informaci o klientech a planovani aktivacni pece ve spolupraci s osetfovatelskym tymem a...cs_CZ

Field of study: Adapted Physical and Occupational Education Name and Surname of the work Leader: PhDr. Jana Jebava The goal of the work: The goal of this work is to deeply penetrate into the problematic of clients with the most serious handicaps and to support their changes, which are very limited. These mean: the support of perception, activation therapy and other chances to improve the quality of nursing care, which is provided to the patients. Methodology: The first phase of development work is devoted to study of available sources and obtaining information on the problems of chronic intensive care, physiology and pathophyziology of consciousness, the activation treatment and basal stimulation. Another important task was to undertake two training symposium BS, vocational training and methodology of art therapy. Further work is quided by qualitative research.
