Politika zaměstnanosti v České republice a ve Francii

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá politikou zaměstnanosti, která tvoří jeden z pilířů celospolečenských úvah, ale také zaměstnaností a nezaměstnaností na mikroekonomické úrovni. Autorka práce si plně uvědomuje obsáhlost zvolené problematiky, a proto s ohledem na studijní zaměření bakalářského programu se cíleně věnuje vybraným aspektům politiky zaměstnanosti, s kterou mimo jiné úzce souvisí uplatnění občanů a skupin obyvatel na trhu práce. Cíleně se zabývá nástroji aktivní a pasivní politiky zaměstnanosti České republiky a Francie. V závěru práce poukazuje na koordinaci politiky zaměstnanosti členských států EU a komparaci některých dílčích odlišností a podobností politiky zaměstnanosti.

The bachelor's thesis occupies by employment policy, which forms one of the pillars of all-society considérations but also employment and unemployment on micro economical level. The author of this thesis is fully realizing the comprehensiveness of chosen theme and therefore regarding to the educational sight of the bachelor's programme, she has focused on selected aspects of the employment policy, with which among others nearly cohere the use of inhabitants and groups of citizens in labour market. The purpose of the thesis is to consider active and passive instruments of the employment policy in the Czech Republic and France. At the end of the work the author points out the coordination of the employment policy among membership countries in the EU and comparison of some partial différences and resemblances of the employment policy.
